Excellent professional and very friendly service. Jonathan & JG arrived on time and left my wall to wall wool carpeting in 2 rooms spotless and fresh. I have used Bowerman many times and will not use anybody else. They also do a thorough job cleanings hallway carpets in my Scarsdale co-op complex. Trustworthy business and Ellen, who schedules appointments, is very nice and always fits me in at last minute.

Jon and Troy were great! They arrived promptly at 8 AM. They were very efficient and courteous. Our rugs are amazingly clean! We were given clear instructions as to the cleaning and drying process. Without any hesitation, we would definitely recommend this company.
